We are flexible with your schedules, and teachers do not have to work evenings, or week-ends. Meals are provided when our teachers eat with the children in our family-style philosophy.
We care about our staff and strive for longevity in employment at Lakeside. We understand that consistency with children nurtures trust for families. We have families who have been with us for many years and have several children in their families. We celebrate births of babies, birthday parties, and other family events which are milestones for families.
We provide training and offer an array of books which help in the planning of the weekly lesson plans. We believe in reading and encourage parents to constantly reinforce our daily activities. Our open door policy allows parents to visit at any time and take part in the events teachers have planned each day.
A teacher must be 18 years of age to work at Lakeside, and we have staff members with child care experience as well as college degrees. Our employees must be responsible, flexible, and have a love for children. Please contact us for more information.
